Alimah Insights provides Islamic spiritual counseling and guidance, not clinical or therapeutic treatment.

Booking Requirements

You must provide accurate information when booking sessions.

Rescheduling & Refunds

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled counseling or advisory session.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund
• No-shows are considered non-refundable

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions for unforeseen circumstances.

4. Courses & Digital Content

Upon purchase, you gain access to course materials for personal educational use.

Course Refunds

Courses are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

A full refund is available only if you cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled course start time and the course content has not been accessed.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time are not eligible for a refund.

You agree not to:

• Distribute
• Resell
• Share course materials without written permission

All content is protected by copyright law.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We do not store or access your credit card details.

You agree to provide:

• Valid payment information
• Accurate billing details
